Corning School students regularly attend seminars by speakers from New England's marine science community.  These talks usually focus on new research, methods, and careers in marine biology and ocean studies.  About a half dozen seminars are offered each semester.  Students meet with Corning School faculty in alternate weeks to discuss seminar topics for course credit.  Students host seminar guests for lunch or dinner in the campus cafeteria.
